Someone revved at my car... while parked??

Earlier today I saw this blue civic (si i guess?) come down my street,.. exhaust, big wing, altezzas.. well later on i was in my garage and the srt was parked outside.. so i hear revving.. i look out and i cant see the car(it was just out of my vision) but i hear it revs a few more times.. and then as they took off i saw that it was that same civic

..i dunnno... lol

I get the rev from people going in the opposite direction. Like they want me to pull the e-brake, spin a 180, and go race them. Tools.

I get revved at all the time in my driveway. I'll have the hood up, front end on jack stands, and I am under the car chaning the oil and this saturn goes by and revs at me all the time. What am i supposed to do jump out from under the car, slam the hood and back off the jack stands and catch this guy. Sometimes I'll be in my house late at night, like 2:00am, and I'll hear him go by and rev at me. Another time when it was snowing out and I was outside shoveling the driveway, some teens were out beating their mom's minivan and stop and asked me if I wanted to go out and "drift race" them in the snow. I knew they were beating on it because it was on fire underneath, they didn't even know it till I said something. I wish I didn't say anything and let them drive off on fire.

I used to drive-by-rev a SRT4 that lived near me. The kid would like run outside of his house/garage and look to see who was reving at him. I just did it because it was funny to see him run outside because some r3x revved at him.

LOL. I also love what i call the blow-by. Example you pass someone and than get into the turning lane and they have to floor it/rev @ you when they pass you.

When I still had my green Saturn, I had passed a guy in a white Integra with a fart can and ricetastic white wheels on the road. Turns out he's banging some chick up the street, so almost every time he drove by my house (which was often.....lucky bastard) he revved at my car/house....torque envy, I guess :)
