Its not huge but last year we took over the strip mall in the same parking lot and had no problems. We also had a few spots free so no worries.

I printed a few copies of the directions from Best Buy to The Chester meeting spot. In case we get split up. If the group is as big as i think it going to be we wont be able to stop at every red light and wait. So ill make sure that a few peolple throughout the group have directions. Once we get to the highway, we then can all ride together!

There is a car wash on route 70. Magic Touch Car Wash It is west of Best Buy, on the way to the event. I don't know what time it opens. It is on the same side of the road as you would be if you are heading west into PA. The Crowne Plaza is across the street from it.
