It's about time for me to grow up I think.
The Good:
Inspected through 10/08
102K miles on the body
~15k on the motor
95 sport coupe SOHC
removed AC & PS
bored .040 over
eagle rods
weisco 12.5:1 pistons
fully ported & polished head
crane 005 cam with lash caps
crane valvesprings and retainers
AEM 3 bolt cam gear, advance 2 deg.
Mopar computer
MPx 60mm tb
BYR 3.0 CAI
TTI Stainless LTH
Dynomax Race Bullet Muffler-dumped mid car
MSD pack
Taylor wires
motor mount inserts
solid bobble strut
B&M short throw shifter
full set of booger bushings
3.55 trans
energy suspension bushings
Rear strut bar
battery relocated to trunk
00+ Valve cover
2.0 Fuel Injector cover
removed carpet & headliner
removed fog lights
dohc hood, all bracing removed, it's just a skin, held by 4 pins
euro cluster, reads to 160mph
sunpro tach because the cluster doesnt have one
driver/passenger seats from my 00 lx, rear seat's a 2gn as well
pilot steering wheel
both airbags removed
tinted windows, except the rear windshield
Pioneer speakers
stock radio
New rear disc pads
Also have an outer timing cover for it.
Runs on 100LL
The bad:
Car will need a trans at some point. I suggest putting a 3.94 in it. But it does move out!
Needs a driver side fender.
Could use a hood if you really wanted
Car has the infamous taillight/trunk leak. But because I'm lazy and I don't drive the car much the water runs inside on the floor and it gets filled with water. Hence the no carpet and headliner.
Parking brake needs some adjustment.
I think the shifter cables might be setting against the LTH underneath, might need to ziptie and move some stuff around a little better.
And the last would be paint, if you wanted, because it's rattle canned black.
The car does run strong. But it needs a better intake manifold. There's a stocker on there right now. The car is def. a handful. Not your typical DD.
I am NOT parting this car out. I don't NEED to get rid of it. I'm just looking to move away from the Neon thing if at all possible and get something more practical. SOLD
