Phone Techs:

Need to good understanding of Windows OS.
Need a basic understanding of networking.
The ability to install serial printers and network printers.

Many of our customers have highspeed, in which we use different methods to tie in and fix whatever the issue is. If they do not have internet, then a phone tech should be patient and comfortable walking a customer through a problem over the phone.

We are a Point Of Sales company who wrote and designed our own software. We have 3000+ customers, and ever growing. We will train you in our software, how it works, features, issues, fixes, the whole shabang.
We offer the entire package deal to customers, the software, the touchscreen systems, printers, etc. We fully service and support as well.

Road Techs:
Need to have the same understanding and skills as phone techs. Company cars are used, you do not drive your own vehicle. A decent hardware background is needed for on the road. Again, we will teach you our software as well as the equipment we deal with.

This is a brief description. If interested, PM me and we can talk. Office located in Newtown, PA

I'm bumping this thread because we have just moved into new office building. About 10X bigger then what we were in. And we are rapidly expanding. We are once again in need of more Phone Techs and Road techs. See the 1st post for details on the job. If you are interested, PM some information, and I'll give you my cell and we can talk and I'll review your resume and/or information.

Hey, i just saw this thread and had a question about it. Is this for Off hours support? I work 7-4 at Philadelphia International Airport, managing and supporting over 1700 PCs, Macs, printers, and networked displays.

Thanks!
