Just checking to see if anybody has a rebuilt street ported motor laying around. I'm eye balling a rebuilt Half Bridge, but I don't know how well I could handle daily driving it. A street ported motor would probably be better for me. Would prefer something with S4 internals.
The stock ported motor is running fine, but I think its about time for another change.
im contemplatin on sellin the 13brew ive just built..
ported less aggressive on the exhaust side.. matching stamped rotors.. new bearings.. new irons.. low mileage housings..etc etc

I don't think I can use it. I don't have the manifolds for that keg. Plus I'm running the stock ECU with a Rtek piggy back. I would rather keep with the S4 TII internals. Thanks anyways.
Heres the TII Halfie if anybody is interested in a motor. http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=725554 Seems like an awesome deal for $3,000 and I'm sure you can talk him down some. BDC built so I'm sure its a good motor.

I was looking at buying another used engine but I have had very bad luck in the past. It's going to be all factory rebuild minus apex seals with oversize studs. Oh yeah coolant and oil porting as well as the 1/2 bridge.
What happened to your motor? I thought I read somewhere you wanted a triple and I was hoping you would sell yours:)
Give dave at KDR a call after you save some $$ lol

There was a guy in CT selling one as well on rx7club. S4/S5 hybrid but he seemed unsure of what he has.

Na, nothing wrong with mine. Just wanted to play around with something that was ported. See what I could do with one. Yeah I saw that hybrid motor to, it does look like it has some decent port work done but I don't know if he has said who built it.
I was only kidding about the 3 rotor. I so wish I could afford one though to drop into my car.:o
What I might do is send my spare motor that I have sitting in my locker at work and get it rebuilt and store the motor I have now for safe keeping.
If whenever you get that 1/2 built be sure to let me hear that thing. I love the sound of them! That 1g you have there will be a beast!!
