Garages/ Car Storage

I'm thinking about getting a garage to store/work on my project car. The place should be the size of a single car garage with at least a few outlets for electricity. Public storage seems to want a ridiculous amount each month, so I'm looking for other options.

I live in Drexel Hill, and ideally the place would be close to my house.

That's a little ways away from me, but if it's something good for the right price I would consider it.
