so i own 3 vehicles. i dont hardly ever drive one of them. the inspection ran out the end of december and since i havent been working i didnt get it inspected. the other day i came home and it had a ticket on it from PPA for the inspection. now, i have an appointment for that car and the truck i just bought to get inspected the end of the week. today i come out and my truck has a ticket on it for expired inspection. same officer that wrote the first ticket. now i know that when a cop writes you a ticket for inspection they will throw the ticket out if you get it inspected within a certain time limit. i am wondering if the PPA will do the same. i tried to call today but that was just a huge waste of time. and since i have 10 days to inspect the truck from the day i registered it, can they even write me a ticket for this?:bs:

I would take it to court chances are the meter maid that gave it to you won't show up in court and you can ask to have is dismissed.

dont you know, thats probably overtime for them. im still gonna fight it. they're both getting inspected tomorrow.
