Alright, hypothetical question here. I haven't gotten in trouble, just wondering what would happen if i did. I'm of age, but if I'm at a party where there is underage drinking, not my party and no alcohol purchased by me, can i get in trouble? Is there like a "in the presence of underage drinking" thing? If so, what type of penalty is that?

I would say no. but if you were the only one of age it would be asumed that you provided the alcohol.
