Saw you hadn't gotten a reply yet. Maybe I can help. They don't have different rates for tuning anymore. Its a flat 250/hr. If your car is in good working condition and there is nothing wrong with it on the day of the tune, it most likely will take between 1 - 2hrs to get you all dialed in. Really breaks down to how many things have to be tuned. If you are just getting an exhaust set up tuned...thats not going to take as long as new injectors + turbo + exhaust. When I had my exhaust only set up tuned, it took Andy about an hour. When I had my 16g + injectors + prodrive bcs tuned it was more like 2hrs.

Call up their main office (number is on their website) and schedule an appointment with Beth and you'll be good to go.
