Wheel/Tire Shop needed

I have a leaky valve stem that needs to be replaced. I've been to several firestones and Pep-Boys...neither one of them will touch a 19" wheel. It seems like most generic chain stores won't even look at my wheel when I say 19's...I have also attempted to google some results, but only came out with Wheel Collision Center in Bath, which is too far for such a simple task.

Anyone know of a shop in Philadelphia that will replace this sucker?

I have not, they are really close too. I mostly went to shops in the Center City area.
