Europlate question.

I just helped my brother install a europlate tub on the back of his jetta. He wants to run matching plates on the front and back and cover the back plate with his PA plate. Is this legal?

The front plate in PA should not be a problem but I would not advise him to put on the back plate.
Unless he likes meeting new police officers where ever he goes.
I can bet he will be stopped alot since the two plates looks suspicious.

Ok, thanks for the quick response. I'll tell him it isn't a good idea, but keep it around for taking pictures and what not.
