Kart racing at Daytona... pics/vid

well every year we (WKA Road Race Series) race at Daytona INternational Speedway, we run the oval and the infield just like the Rolex Series

there are karts hitting sub 2:00 times which is faster then some rolex classes

Good lord! That looks awesome! Those things are crazy fast. How hard is it to see in that position?

actually quite easy. the 250 shiftes are hitting about 160 on the back straight.

we are gonna be racing at the new NJMSP track around labor day this year....ill keep everyone posted so that you can check it out and not have to drive hours to see a race.

you can buy a race ready kart for around 1k cost about 5k for a season depending on how many race weekends you do. we race at all track east of the mississippi lol :)

Dude I have a great set of heads I can sell ya for CHEAP. They need to be cleaned up cause I took um off right before I left for Iraq. I could have Krista drop them off next time she visits home.

I got the money, plenty. Just don't know which way to go. Right now F1A is at the forefront.
I am also torn between building the 6speed and going TH400. Blah blah blah
But there is no point in making 800+ hp if I can't get it to the ground. So, I gotta get a decent suspension under it.
