sti wit subaru rally graphics

saw a wrb sti with what looked to the graphics that they use on the subaru rally cars...it was on rt1 in penndel..saw it a few times...wondering if anybody else saw it n is he on here

yea, I've seen him B4 too...in my neighborhood! I tried getting him to pull over, it just made him drive away...FASTER!
