Red SRT4 at Bustleton and Tyson heading towards Cottman

I was heading towards my friends house when i saw this Red SRT4 on the right lane. I'm just curious what to looks like since from far away it looks different from any other SRT4s I've seen. Got closer and I can see those exterior battery terminals on the rear bumper. As I pulled up next to it there's like a million decals all over the back passenger windows and I can't forget about the side exhaust. I guess the guy thought I was trying to race him so he decided to drop into a lower gear and take off but the funny part is his car didn't more that far. Tractionless lol.....curious to see if it's anyone on here.

Sounds like this car to me but would be surpised to see it just driving around North east philly.

Sounds like this car to me but would be surpised to see it just driving around North east philly.

definitely not that since the guy I'm talking about has this huge indiglo gauge that looks like the size of an RPM one lol
