need these to put on my back brakes on. the rotor is bigger than stock and i was told these will work for wilwood

I think he needs it to fit a wilwood rear caliper properly to fit the larger rotor..

that'll require a wilwood bracket.

the confusion is that the h6 rear brake setup which is a popular upgrade for the wrx uses the same rotor as the wilwood rear brake kit for a wrx. the brackets arent the same though.

I have wilwood calipers and larger than stock rotors when I fit them on the car the pads sit half off the rotor so.. what do I need I was told the h6 bracket will work

well wilwood calipers are generic. which wilwood calipers do you have? two pots probably, right?

then you have the caliper bracket, and you need to find out which one you have. this determines what car the caliper fits on and with what rotor.

then figure out what 'larger than stock' rotor you have, and if its the appropriate one for your caliper/bracket setup.
