photoshop request!!!

i got the wifey a gift certificate for her windows to be tinted for xmas, by Shades of Gray of course. i wanted to print a pic of her car windows tinted but dont currently have ps installed on my new pc. could someone photoshop her windows tinted. goin with 40% so doesnt have to be dark, just noticable. any help would be awesome!

40% is hardly anything really..Bill (CarbonIS) has 40% on his car, but he has a black interior so it makes it a tad bit darker. This interior is gray so I duno....look at the SOG site they have a gallery maybe you can find another Lancer done up the same. The site is in their sig.
