Here is my new baby. Picked it up from a private seller because he had too many toys. I'll scan in the window sticker later, but I thought I would at least get something started. I'm looking to do a Diablo program first followed by a B&B exhaust. Oh what fun.

UPDATE 1/9/08 -- Just received my new toy in the mail. After a few burnouts where my car made the decision to move into 2nd gear on its own, and after i lost a race because I broke traction for a second and the car kicked to a higher gear, I’ve decided to lay the smack down. The Diablo programmer has allowed me to change the shift points and shift intensity, raise the rev limit, change the fuel curve, change the timing at WOT, kick the fans on and keep the car a little cooler, and last but certainly not least, turn off the auto up shift feature. I heart my car again now that I told it not to think anymore.

Update 9/15/08 -- So I just installed the new SLP exhaust and the car sounds awesome. I've already been stopped by a guy on street road and told the car sounds "****ing sweet!!" lol. Now the only thing left is some laughing gas...

Awsome cars, Great sound, forget the exhaust first go with a shift kit for that monster. Control the power before you let it out.

I think the Diablo program allows for control of line pressure which can help to firm up the shifts.

Awesome looking car!

I've heard the B&B exhaust on a 300SRT, it sounded mean as hell.

Yes. With the Diablo the shifts are a lot crisper and you can even chirp second with the auto.

A friend of mine is fabricating a TT setup with dual 60-1's. We will have to see how that works out...

Stock they are around 370 rwhp and with the tuner they are seeing 20-30rwhp gain across the entire band. Not too bad for $400.

Hahaha. I already started modding it. You'll have a tough time keeping me in the rearview.

I might even bring it to the new run and show you what it can do...

Really nice car you got. I love them. The only true "race" i have had in the STI was last month vs a srt8 Charger. It was Sick and sounded like a Nascar. looked like 4" mad big exhaust all the way under the car, Beautiful wheels and wide rubber (not 'ricy'), black car with tint...etc. We went from about 30-->, I had to beat the heck out of the STI and inched up to his rear bumper. He was re-flashed it turns out. I don't know what reflash, so don't ask...but he was very very surprised. I told him id trade cars if he was that impressed with a 2.5 turbo.
im still in love with the jeep srt8!

Wow. Is the reprogramming of the TCU (trany control unit) that much better? I can only imagine. Freaking sweet. Does these changes 'harm' the trany in any way? Bigger trany cooler?
I realy like this car.

Most likely sounds better than stock for sure but ugh not a fan of SLP at all (at least on mustangs) their mufflers practically don't exist and it's obnoxiously loud and has no good tone to it. Did you tune it after the mods you've done to it?

The mufflers are pretty small, but it has a good sound to it. I wanted something that was going to stand out, and everything else was too quiet. The nice thing about the SLP is at idle and low RPM you can barely tell it's there, which is good for the neighbors, but at WOT it friggin screams. LOL.

I realy like this car.

It raises the shift points a little bit, and disables the auto upshift.

And a lot of times actually prolongs the transmissions life because short shift=less slip=less heat  Sick sick car man, I love it.

I beat the **** out of it, it takes 93 octane because of the tune, and gets an average of 15mpg the way I drive. I live in the city, so a lot of my driving is stop and go, but on the highway it gets upwards of 23 mpg.
