Damn dude keep with it. While my Dad wasn't fat he didn't eat healthily and the doctor told him he had to make some serious changes. Well he started to eat right and get some more exercise and he has lost the weight he needed to loose and all his levels are in the great range now.

Just keep with cause a majority of people who start to try and loose weight don't last very long.

That's what my problem was. Up at the dorms I didn't really make anything health and / or ate out. It was usually whats the quickest thing to get / make right now so I can get out the door.

Same with in highschool to a point. I was eating say 2-2.5 more than portion sizes, I've cut it back to between 1 - 1.5 portions. I've also just cut the amount of soda I drink to maby 1 a day. Sometimes I'll drink 2. Otherwise I mainly drink water or some apple juice.

We have a treadmill here so I jog on that once in a while. Soon I plan on cleaning out the corner where the cable weight system is and start using it to build a lilttle mass and then focus on toning.

yeah actually it was kinda tough on the low resolution files, works pretty well on originals though... doesnt look great but its less distracting than the originals i think... i also did a little more editing on the one shot, hope you like!
