Yellow is not out of the ordinary. I got a ticket in Havertown and it was yellow. Upper Darby uses orange tickets. I guess it's so people will see it before they turn their wipers on.

finally, u guys get what im trying to say, its deff funny but when i went to go road test a comunity service van and i saw it
when i pulled out and thought u guys would like the fact a cop got a ticket, one cop giving another cop a ticket is ballsy as hell especially a meter maid at that

i would love to give cops tickets. for turning their lights on to run red lights then shutting them off. i hate that.
