white pearl 98ish a4 saw this while driving on broad st in s. philly. load as hell. big bbs style wheels, blacked out tail lights, dark tint, low, some kind of aftermarket headlamp. looks nice but drives like a bat out of hell or maybe he saw me driving a civic?

anyone seen this before?
