Thanks man, I just wonder if people expect too much from this thing or does it really work as advertised?

Yeah me too, thats why I reached out for some feedback. Apparently the batteries had a problem but that can be fixed by the company with time and I hope they did?

i got an irobot! they actually do a great job at cleaning the floor but we have had several problems with the battery going dead in about a year of being used and then they want you to buy a new battery from 90-100 bucks i think, these are just sitting in my closet, the batteries went dead on all 3,maybe they fixed the problem idk,but if its the same dont buy it

i got one for my mom last christmas. she loves it. its been almost a year and no problems. except for when it runs into the kids toys and once in a while it stops in the middle of the floor, but thats because she has area rugs and sometimes it cant get back to the dock. its awesome just set it and go to work and come home to a clean house. its like hiring a mexican without all your **** starting to disappear.

We got one for my grandparents last year. It had battery problems. Got a new one a few months ago and it seems to work pretty well. I think it's a different model of it. I dunno, I'd have to ask my dad for the specifics of the new one and if they've had any problems with it yet.

My dog would eat them in seconds, not even a chance of survival.
