Apex'i AFC NEO Gains?

How much HP/TQ do you think I will gain with this basic setup from my NEO? Im taking it down to a WRX/STi Suby Tuner/ Semi-Pro Racer. Im gonna have him do a before and after dyno tune. Just wanted to know your guesstimates on my gains.

Car:
Base=(non-SH) 97 Honda Prelude (H22A Engine)

Exhaust:
Have custom 2 1/4" piping. --> High-Flow Magnaflow Cat ---> huge resonator ---> Flowmaster Muffler
(No Coffey can, or typical Honda sound just smooth deep aggresive sound :jawdrop: )

Intake:
Generic Intake (Mr. Gasket-LMFAO) with Huge K&N Filter

Etc:
- NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
- Apex'i AFC NEO

not much...stock fuel system will hold you back a lot. i don't really like afc's. you can't adjust timing, so you'll never make any serious gains w/ it. maybe 5/10hp

I'd guess you will make 5-7 hp on a good day.

Before and after dyno run??? You tune ON a dyno.

You will most likely make 4-6hp more just by taking some fuel out. Dont mess with any VTEC settings. You'll just make it worse.
