Turquoise JDM Front-end Integra

I was on my way to work and I saw a turquoise jdm front-end integra parked up in this plaza.....was just wondering if it's anyone on here. The car from where i saw it from looked pretty clean...didn't have time to get a closer look.

I have seen it b4 if i remember it has like a carbon fiber type r wing or somthing like that
