Every I come to a complete stop, my truck will make this weird noise when I step on the break pedal. Its like this loud thud, but I can't figure what it is. Its coming from right under the break/gas pedal. I have no idea what would cause this, any sugestions would be helpful.

check your master cylinder and the linkage that connects the pedal throught the firewall to the master cylinder. look for fluid on the outside on the firewall. does it stop normally or hard to stop? spongy pedal? too hard pedal?

It stops normially and the pedal is normal and it doesn't feel spongy or anything.

Check for pad movement in the caliper. Shims installed when they were relaced?
Also check for slop in the master linkage like suggested above.

Does it do it only while moving, when the truck first hits a dead stop under braking, or all the time even after you are already stopped?

It happens as soon as I depress the pedal in.

Not a ford guy but could it be a worn bushing? I know my car has a worn/torn LCA inner bushing and it clunks when I am breaking or hit a big bump, check you drivers side suspension and see if there is any play in it...HTH

Now that I think about it, I was driving around the other day, not listening to music or anything, just to hear the actual sound, it sounds like it is something suspension related. I don't know what it is, but I know I won't be driving it that much, just to be cautious not to make it worse.

Thats because you called it the "Fobaru". But in a serious note, did that ever happen to you, or I am I the only one thats had this happen?

check your radius arm bushings, known to go bad in fords and cause the noise that you explain.

+ that, hopefully the caliper is not seizing up and then popping in or out.
