LOUD WRB STi near Boyertown, on Rt. 100 S

today i was heading back from lunch around 1pm and i saw a WRB STi on Rt. 100 heading South towards pottstown, never saw it around before. it had a white windshield banner ('something' performance or similar), downshifted for the red light but when it turned green he floored it. it looked STi-fast, nothing insane, but DAMN was it loud. if i had to guess i'd say open downpipe. anybody here?

nah, definitely not that. i should have mentioned it looked stock-ish, no FMIC. the banner was solid white with dark lettering. probably noone from here but since i never saw it here before i figured it was worth a shot
