Thats an EXTREM case of Karitosis. Like Veruca Karitosis. He must have some genetic thing or maybe maybe ecological. Who kknows, but its ugly. He could just cut them off but its tons.

he has a rare condition where the warts caused by HPV grow out of control and turned into what look like roots. his white blood cell count was extraordinarily low and doctors are surprised that his health has not suffered more severely as a result. apparently with daily doses of vitamin A and possibly something else i forget from the article, it should clear up enough to use his hands and feet. after that, surgery will be required but they arent sure how that is going to happen, whether in his country or in the US.
