ive decided its time for a resonator, the tin sound is very annoying now and i dont feel like having to drive my car a certain way to warm it up correctly. (its a long story)
basically 97 prelude
need a res, dont want to sacrifice too much volume, but want to get rid of the tin.
any suggestions as to the res size and brand??

you could pick up a magnaflow resonator, get the smaller one. The 22" quiets it down a good bit. There is one that is smaller though.

Just buy a new, name brand exhaust.

A lot of V8 guys use Moroso Spiral Flows to eliminate popping and raspiness. They are cheap and can be added anywhere in the exhaust.
