Car Show!
Bracket Racing!
Crane Cams Heads Up Class!

Date: Sunday, August 14, 2005 @ Island Drag way www.islanddragway.com
Gates will open at 8:30am. Tech for cars racing will start immediately. We will also immediately start parking the cars in the show field.
First car down the strip will be at 10am. Eliminations will start at 1pm.
We will collect the car show votes by 2:30pm to tally them.
Eliminations and car show vote counting should be completed by 4pm. At 4pm will we start handing out trophies and awards.
Gate fees are $25 to participate in either drag racing competition or the car show. You can only enter one or the other this year(first year, trying to keep it simple). Spectators are $10 each.
General Ground Rules:
No Alcohol Permitted
No open fires or bbq's allowed
Please maintain 5mph in the pits(those who have been there before can explain how packed the pits get, so this is important)
Only GM F-Body platform vehicles allowed to participate.
All participants under the age of 18 must have a signed parental release form. If you need a parental permission slip sent to you you can call island drag ways office at (908) 637-6060 during the week

It is about 8miles from the track.
just call the hotel and tell them you are with Island Drag way. the discounted rooms are $95, that is $24 cheaper than their normal rate. They have room for up to 200 people.
