Black STi near West Chester also Silver STI

I was behind a black STi today on my way to work. I think you were behind me the other day. I was just wondering if you were on here. License plate was Roc ##(not the actual plate ## were 2 other characters)

Also there is a silver STi I see parked at C#####t on boot rd. I work there but don't know who you are. Car seems modified with limited lip, license plate delete, and lowered. Let me know if either one of you is on here.
