Appeared stock - rims, wing, etc. Could hear the BOV. Not much else. Male driver, high 20's. Turned behind me into old 220 heading towards Muncy, followed me onto 180 eastbound. I was in a green 3000GT.

never mind i was gonna say it might be one of my freinds but his cars wingless slammed and you could deff hear it from a mile away
