differnet type of pa tint Q

what about if ur from outta state? if ur wondering why i ask. well due to the fact that SC has no tint law and no state inspection. i havent had a problem drivin my ka-t with limo tint. but i know pa has very strict inspection and tint laws so the truck is stayin registered in sc. when i lived in pa when i was 16 i had limo tint on my car, i got pulled over and was made to remove tint right there on the spot. will this happen and or will i recieve a ticket since i will be keepin my out of state tags?

Will you be keeping your out of state license and your out of state insurance as well? If so, then your car needs to conform to their state's inspection law, but it doesn't mean you can't be given a hard time while you're here. If you're moving to PA and your car will be garaged/parked here, then legally you should be switching your license, insurance, registration and inspection to PA. If you don't and anything happens with the car, you could be out of luck if your insurance company finds out and denies your claim.
