what would need to be done to make this fit an 06 sti?

Two options.
One is buys a Ebay or some other cheap tower brace and then take the ends off (where they bolt to the struts) and basicly just swap them... then sell the Ebay to a 00-01 guy and your set.
Option two.. just still new holes in this one.
