Saw a guy with a Galant VR4 around 11:30 am on 276 Westbound near Ft Washington. Had Jersey plates, exhaust, fmic and Evo 8 seats. Gave him the nod and went my way. Anybody know of this guy? Would love to see what else is done with it. Car is sweet!
