Hit me up before you do it. I may be able to help around the 18th or 19th.
Here is some advice:
when you go to mount the coolant overflow bottle, there is a bolt on the side of the radiator where it looks like it should go, and the instructions seem to point towards it. DON'T EFFING UNDO THAT BOLT!!!!111 it will empty your A/C into someones face. What you want to do is bolt it to the flat area of the body just in front of the battery.
You will want something bigger to cut the bumper with. Also, use a planer (sp?) to get a nice smooooth look. Measure twice, then measure twice again, then cut. Do small steps. Don't go for the gold one time around. Cut some out, then work your way back to where it will fit.
Make sure nothing will rub. I had to modify the bracket that holds the second pipe, the one that hooks into the pipe that comes off the turbo, because it was rubbing my hood for months.
Set aside 8-10 hours for this.
Mark the way the MAF goes before you take it out. No, you won't remember. Yes the txs intake will allow you to put it in backwards. No, noone else will notice untill the next day when you call txs, and they will say it so matter of factly, that you will punch yourself in the crotch for forgetting something so simple, and spending three hours trying to figure out why your car won't run.
thats all i can think of now.

screw the a/c. front mount will make you go fastAr, which will increase the air flow thru the car, hence having a cooling effect for you too.
no idea- up to you, in the end... sucks tho, man- sorry aboot that...

Fix it. You'll get the $600 back easily if you ever decide to sell it.

hey man
as far as cutting the bumper... i've done it a couple of times...
how are you trying to cut it?
don't use a dremel on plastic /urethane... sometimes it just grabs onto the plastic and goes a direction u don't want it to...

I got rid of 712in^3 of volume in my intake tract by eliminating 2.5ft of 2.75"ID tubing.
11.5L is fairly significant to me.
