I was pulled over like a week ago and the police officer said he was going to cut me a break. He told me that this ticket is only a fine and no points and if the tickets were points than it would have been two and the total of points would be five. When I look on the ticket the only thing that was checked off under charges was traffic control signals and then in the speed area everything is blank except the others box was checked and he wrote a brief statement saying that I was speeding and i ran a steady red light. My question is would this be a points ticket or no? I called in to speak with the car and the lady at the Magisterial District Officer said that my ticket is not a points ticket and i should just pay for it. I just want to make sure it isn't.
