thats not really high mileage nowadays for a honda. i would say 175k+ would be real high mileage

my 1st car, 98 ex coupe has 175k when i sold it back in 05. thats the highest mileage ive ever had

we have a 95 civic coupe here at the shop that we're using for parts for our other EG's that has 318,000 miles. still runs fine, just needs a tune up, new clutch, and a few adjustments, etc. if we were to try to drive it every day again. bought it at CoPart as a 'donation - mechanical'.

yea I'd say this should be 200+ to be considered High Mileage...both my CRXs are swapped but one is around 154K and the other is 165K...the 2 DA tegs i owed one was around 215K and the other was I think closer to 250K both of those I sold and running storng last I heard!

Dan should chime in his VX is pushing 250K

I agree that the a20 accord motors (86-89), and the f22 accord motors (90+) are some tough motors for having a ton of miles on them. I've seen quite a few in the junkyard of these accords with well over 200k miles on them, and a few over 300k. But I can't say I had much luck with the 89 accord I had that only lasted until about 170k for me until the tranny took a ****.

My current 95 Civic VX has 245k miles on the shell and tranny, (old motor smoked but ran great), but only has about 120k on the current longblock.

I sold a 96 Integra SE that had 220k on it and ran and shifted 10X better than my 95 LS integra I had at the time with 140k on it...

Hondas are the **** when it comes to taking miles and reliability as long as you just keep up on the maintenence.

My car has 106k right now. Had a 90 prelude with a b21 that was running perfectly at 180k but then some dude hit it when it was parked and totaled it

234K miles.

A clutch and radiator are about the only “necessary” items I’ve replaced. Of course the other usual stuff, alternator, timing belts, etc. Damn thing want’s to live forever.

1998 Acura RL currently 248,000 miles-runs excellent and no problems...for sale too...

My brother in law had a 1986 Accord LXi 5 speed with 418,000 miles on it and then hit a deer. You wouldn't believe how devastated he was to give that up. He now has a 2002 CRV with almost 200k.
