Which color should I paint my wheels?

I'm going to have my stock wheels on for a while, so I'm going to get them
powder-coated. Which color should I choose?

theres no option for dark gunmetal gray...

dont do black, uve done it b4 and it looked nice but its time to move on, and what color is time attack? am i out of the loop?
dont do red, red wheels dont look good on anything especially with gold calipers, ouch. i pick dark gray with a tiny amount of flake

I seriously doubt that coating a rim at 400 degrees for 10 minutes will weaken the structure of a forged alloy rim. I have yet to see one crack or malfunction due to coating the rim?????

And as for the powder coat weakening the wheel. It's possible and there's a good chance it will weaken the wheel. But to what extent, I don't know.

to the extent that your car would be sold or junked way before the rims would would weakened and brake due to the process of coating the rim. it does not happen just like that at all as if you read that thread as well both arguing parties came to an inconclusive decision as to heating the metal to 400 degrees may cause a slight aging in the metal but not to the point of failure to the rim due to heating it up and coating it. If that was the true case then major companies would not powder coat their rims and i would not be in business. As to the well being and safety of drivers i would never put ones lives at risk.
