Paint question...but not CAR paint...

I was wondering...if there was a GOOD solid wrinkled powder-coating on a surface...would it be best too...

A) Get it re-done.

B) Shoot it with a paint gun?

All I want to do is change the color...not the texture.

do you mean reshoot it with spray paint? if so it can be done if you going with another powder color though it might not work being that the new coat may cover some of the wrinkle. But in all honesty its just best to strip it down and get it redone.
