Low Boost

So I have been noticing that my car wasn't hitting full boost and that my mph was down at the track. I was hitting around .9 bar, should be 1 bar on a stock STi. I started digging around over at imprezawrxsti.com and couple of other guys experieced the same thing. Turns out that the Ecu had to be reset and had to learn my driving habits again. I did that, now she feel strong again and first run I hit .95 bar before I had to shut down for traffic. Hopefully next chance I get on an open road, I can hit 1 bar and put my mind at rest.

Anyone here experience the same thing?

dont know if its the same for the STi but in the WRX it doesnt hit full boost in 1st and 2nd gear, only 3rd 4th and 5th. it hits about 9psi in 1st and 2nd and about 14 or 14.5 in 3rd-5th.

yea. usually only 4th and fifth I get to full boost, but lately it just wouldn't hit it. I was hoping it had something to do with the hot weather but I couldn't wait until winter to know for sure.
