Need Help...dsm Cv Axles

Im pulling a tranny outta a girls car on here...i cant seem to get the cv axles outta the tranny...if anyone cud tell me how to itd be a big help....the motor is a 2.0 NA thanks again

You can have parts fromy my car once I smash it into somthing, ill try and drifto it into somthing so the motors all good :)

Pass Side- Just get the wheel hub all the way outta the way, and use a pry-bar between the trans case, and the solid part of the axle.
Drivers side- Two piece, you can pull them both at the same time, or pull them separate. One bracket against motor with a bearing in it, and two(mesthinks) bolts, and again, use mr. prybar.
Sometimes these things get stuck pretty good and need a bit of persuasion.

you just saved me a lot of typing...i was gonna say the exact same thing....i've done it before

EDIT...actually my axle ended up being siezed inside of the hub and bearing assembly whata nightmare

Sometimes you just need a pry bar that is shaped a little differently and they pop right out.

heres an update...i thought u guys wud like to hear....currently the trans it out , the car itself is sitting on blocks of wood in a garage...the motor is now vertical in the car...eventually once the motors pulled out of the car the car is gonna be forsale as parts only...
