Hks Bovs work well. I like them. We can get the greddy ones at a good price as well though.

the Type-r is a bit much for use on a low boost turbo setup...just my opinion...why not a Type R/S or Type-S

i wouldn't buy a turbo kit off of ebay, a friend of mine thought he was getting a good deal when he paid 1200 for a kit and it turned out to be a huge POS.

anyways for bov's, i like the hks, eventhough i have a greddy type s on my car

What kind of turbo? Make sure it's a genuine turbo and not some knock off. I couldn't find any "g ready" turbos on ebay. Was gonna check it out to see what it was.

What engine is the kit for? For a MAF car, I like the HKS SSQV. No issues with running to atmosphere like some other bov's.

That's not entirely true. Many people see rich spikes when running ssqv to atmosphere.

If you have the money to get a tial, go with it. hands down the best bov available.

If you have a Mass Air vehicle and need to keep it recirculating (it's a good idea on all mass air equipped cars since otherwise the engine spikes rich during blow off) the HKS SSQV is a good option.

None of the SR cars that I've installed them on have any issues. I'm speaking from my personal experience.

I understand that, but I've got a nice rich jump while the valve is in use. It's spiked to the point that you can hear it in the exhuast flow. Definitely worth getting the 15 dollar hks recirc kit IMO. PLUS it'll even help keep the turbo spooled by that point.
