Thanks for coming,
I know the thing I want to do is strange, but I really do not know where to start looking.

I just bought a new car with 18 inch wheels. Everything is fine, but I just feel the suspension is a little too stiff for me. I am thinking about softening my suspension a little bit for a better ride quality.

So, here are the questions:
1. what kind of shop should I be looking at?
2. Is it possible to do it without changing the existing springs or strut.

I live in NYC

Thanks in advance.

Trade the 18s in for 17s and use a tire with more sidewall.
