John(EIXVO) and i were driving down rt 100, and we spotted this volvo. champain color comming up on us. it looked like ****, has black rims pep boy style, street glow vinyl on the front window. vinyl saying modified on the front bumper, pep boys muffler. and a few others that i couldnt read. the driver was a complete moron. he was driving reckelssly, are you on here. Flicked us of and pulled away full throttle S_L_O_W_L_Y.....

this is not what the spotted forum is for.
and why out of all the people who clearly recognize that this not a spotted thread, did only one use the 'report bad post' thing? come on its a neat little button, use it when needed.
