its official, mazda has celebrated its 40 millionth car last week. it has been 75 years in the making but here it is.....

the one who hit magical 50 is the new mazda2....of course it isnt gonna be coming stateside but its like a mini mazda3.....think of it has a nissanversa/honda fit ...only with some zoom added!
the miata aklso hit 800,000 as well this past year.....mazda aslo hit 40 yrs of building rotary powered cars as well.....news of the the cx5 are sorta stirrin up....which helps me sleep at night bc i beg for the tribute to officially DIE....
the whole page is mazda info, about the next mazda6, the mazdaspeed2, the next rotary engine for 2010, a hydrogen rotary (old news to me at least), mazdas 40 yr anniversary of rotary engines....etc etc mazda will also build a limited production anniversary rx8 with a bunch of special crap none of us enthusiasts care about....sopecial color paint and diff wheels and new interior blah blah blah a badge here and there....
nonetheless! 40 million is a decent amount!
