I have a friend/co-worker that will sell me his 92 stealth rt/tt for $2500. The car has 110,000 miles, runs good, has a good inspection sticker, but has a list of small problems. I have been out of the 3si community for a couple years now and I bought my old vr-4 when it had 37K miles so I am thinking this could be an entirely different ball game. Is it even worth $2500? I am getting too much of a project?

If it only has a few small problems then I would say that it's worth it. I've seen guys who have had close to 200k trying to sell them for 7k. a good website, that you probably already know about is 3si.org

I've never liked them personally. Might as well just get your entire bank account converted into pennies, then put them into a giant hourglass. Have fun watching them slowly drain out.

110k miles is nothing on a well maintaned 3/S car. $2500, you're not going to lose money on the car... that's for sure. If you don't buy it, let me know :)

If you have the money to fund the project, and you're willing to deal with a potential mess, go for it.

$2500 is pretty cheap for that car.

Ya I agree with Hans, if it is just a small problems, even a relatively large problem, you cant lose for $2500 for that car. I would buy it up in a second. So ya if you don't buy it, let hans or me know I know I'd take it.
