First off, I read every vac line diagram on the forum
I got a FM WGA to replace my S2 WGA
So now onto the problems
I heard a lot of people say to run the FM WGA off of stock lines, so I did.
Then this morning I decided to try and run the vac lines like this to see if I could hold more than 13/14lbs to redline

I had them set-up just like that
Black lines removed and the green line from the turbo to the WGA
Went out to test it
Only boosted 5-6lbs at most
Tightened the WGA, same boost
Tightened it all the way, same boost
Said **** it, went back to stock lines
Now it only boost 13lbs at most even with the WGA all the way tight
How should they be hooked up for a quick spool and minimal PTB
My set-up is:
FM WGA
FMIC
Full exhuast
Stock air box w/ drop in
Stock surge valve
04 Turbo Spec

Is there a T in there anywhere with the "green" line or is that just going from one side to the other. if thats how it is its because your just actually running wastegate boost. because its not telling it how to open or close its just staying open

try placing a bleed in the line between the WGA and the turbo. Also do you have the red line capped on the UPP?

the way the WGA works for the SRT on the stock turbo is that they come adjustable, due to the turbo being internally gated. Your actually able to raise and lower the amount of boost just by turning the nut on the rod of the WGA. It takes the need for a boost controller completely out of the picture. I am currently running the AGP WGA and the Turbo XS Dual Stage BC, I have to set my WGA to right around 12 lbs, and then start tunning in the BC. I think my BC is only controlling 2 lbs on low boost and 4 or 5 on high. I wouldn't be surprised if the lines are collapsing though.
the arm can be tightened or loosened to raise or lower the boost for after market WGA's on the SRT

Did you preload the wga arm? The way you have your lines is how most SRT-4 guys w/an aftermarket wga run theirs.

Look at that picture. To preload the arm, you adjust the nut on the left and adjust the arm to make the wga a snug, almost tight fit. You do this before you install the wga. If it is too loose or has too much play, it won't boost properly.
