I just wanted to take a few moments and showoff the new CNC machine we just got at the shop. Here are some features:

HAAS VF2 3-Axis Vertical Machining Center
30"x16"x20" travels (XYZ)
20HP Motor/ 250 ft-lbs torque
7500 RPM spindle
20 tool automatic tool changer
Rigid tapping

Its a big step up from our old CNC machine so we we be able to produce many new parts in half the time. We want to thank all of our customers who've supported us to get where we are today and we hope to continue to bring you the best quality and most affordable custom parts for your car possible. Please contact us if you need any custom machined parts.

That's no joke. We just got a Haas Lathe last year at work with live tooling for our molding components at work. If you ever need anything designed let me know (I am always willing to do favors for a machine shop). I've been using solidworks / CAM works for 7 years and have a BSME. Do you guys have a CNC lathe too?

I hope you guys are making more than just flanges in that thing.

That's a sick machine. We got a couple at school, I'm gonna try and make some money by making intake spacers for some people on a Mustang forum. I don't have the specs now, but I could easily buy one and work with that. I haven't used a CNC machine, but it pretty much just cuts the **** for you. I dunno how long it takes, but I'll make as many as I can and sell them for a lot of profit http://tristatetuners.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif

We only have a manual lathe at the moment, in fact I dont even thing we have enough room for a CNC lathe...maybe at our next shop! I will def contact if I need anything turned, CNC lathes are amazing! Right now we are just making our current products with it, since it has so much more potential compared to our old CNC, we have a ton of parts/ideas in the works!

Does this mean that you won't be dragging metal shavings into the office anymore?
