Going V8 would probably be cheaper if you where thinking of a swap.

sr20 in an fc would be original, unlike the v8 swaps....if a swap is cheap thats when u kno its been done...over and over.....i like ur sr20 idea...go with it

The only thing you should worry about is how many motors you are going to go through... By the looks of your last sr20 project, I would go with something a little different

haha sorry I had to do it

Haven't you learned your lesson from the last car with an SR20?

Just to let you know, an SR20 in a FC is a pain in the butt. There is a reason why there are a lot of V8 FC’s vs. other motors, they make drop in kits for them. I don’t know of anyone that makes a subframe for the SR20 that will allow it to be put into the FC. Unless you know what you are doing for that type of fabrication, I would stay away from that route. If you are dead set on being different, there is a guy on www.v8rx7forum.com that is doing a 4G63 rwd swap into an FC that has a very good write up thread about how he is doing it. I think his screen name is coltboostin.
