hey im looking for a wled shop in DE, which can tig weld. Manifold decided to take a **** on me n get a hairline crack. Just seeing if theirs anything local beforei check out MD/PA

Typically you need to stick weld a cast iron piece,more specifically you need to use a hi-nickel rod, and the whole process is a pain in the ass if you use the car alot, and want it to last.

^ yup..Im going to change my whole manifold setup once i get more $$$, but i need it fixed for temp..By chance you dont weld do you?

Yes i do, and if i had a working stick welder and torch at home i'd be more than willing to help you, but unfortunatly my stick welder is down.

97jz thanks alot for the info, i went thier turns out thier the shop who milled my manifold in the 1s place when it was worped..talk about small world
