Since I got my newer car I have been taking care of it much more then my last. The interior in the car is clean and spotless. I want to keep it that way so what do you guys use on the interior to help protect against the sun, and as well clean. Being this is my first car with leather seats, I don't know what to buy to clean it? I was thinking of picking up the 2 stage Meguiars kit. Stage 1 one is an Aloe cleaner and stage 2 is a Aloe Conditioner. I was told by a few people that leather seats are not supposed to be "shiny" that really they are supposed to have a dull color to them. If they are shiny that means the pores in the leather are filled with grease and stuff. My seats do look clean, however are pretty shiny looking. Also my driver seat is starting to crack alittle bit, and would like to stop this as much as possible.

Also the front/rear dash are exposed to the sun the most, and I don't want to have it fade or crack over time. What should I use on that to protect it the most?

One last thing my cars paint is in pretty good shape, however some spots look either abit dull or have swirl marks it it from the original owner taking it too the car wash. Should I use a paint cleaner, polish, wax, or all of them to fix this? I was thinking of going with the Meguiars 3 step kit

Another thing I somehow keep getting tree sap on my car. What is good to remove this stuff?

Meguiar's Wash and Wax in the big pink jug. Stuff works awesome and beads water usually up to a week. On the wheels I just use some palmolive and a soft brillo pad (my truck wheels are crappy so I don't care too much) :)

Unfortunately I haven't washed either car since I owned them. (talon couple of months, integra over a year)

Whenever I think about doing it, rain is in the forecast for a few days so I forget about it.

Tint your windows, you have no idea how much it will save your interior.

The front dash still won't be protected as much, but the rest will. Or you can do like i'm going to and find someone that will tint your front windshield with a light tint (no darker than 35%), even with it being a light tint, it blocks out a lot glare and 99% of uv rays, its extremely illegal though, but if you find a good tint shop, they can do it and make it unnoticable.
